Pawfect Pet Care was born in 2015 from a simple observation: Norwich pet owners deserved better. Better communication, better care, and better peace of mind when trusting someone with their beloved companions.
What started as one person with a passion for dogs and a beat-up hatchback has grown into Norwich's most trusted pet care service. But we've never lost sight of what matters most — treating every pet as if they were our own.
Today, our small but dedicated team serves over 200 families across Norwich and surrounding areas. We've walked thousands of miles through Norwich's beautiful parks, cared for pets of all shapes and sizes, and built lasting relationships with the wonderful animals we're privileged to know.
We're not the biggest pet care company in Norwich, and that's by design. We believe quality always trumps quantity, and that every pet deserves individual attention, not a rushed assembly-line approach.
